Delete Account & Data Deletion Policy

At DrListify, we respect your privacy and give you full control over your account and personal data. If you no longer wish to use our services, you can request to delete your account at any time.

1. How to Delete Your Account

You can request account deletion using any of the following methods:

Option 1: In-App Request (Recommended)

Open the DrListify app
Go to your Profile section
Tap Settings
Select Delete Account
Confirm your request

Once confirmed, your account deletion process will begin immediately.

Option 2: Email Request

If you are unable to access the app, you can request deletion by emailing us:

Email: drlistify@gmail.com

Please include:

Your registered email or phone number
A short request: “Please delete my DrListify account”

2. What Data Will Be Deleted

When you request account deletion, we permanently remove the following:

Your profile information (name, email, phone number)
Your saved bookmarks
Your doctor reviews and ratings
Your account login credentials
Any user-generated activity linked to your account

Once deleted, this data cannot be recovered.

3. What Data May Be Retained

For legal, security, and operational reasons, we may retain limited information such as:

Basic transaction or activity logs (if applicable)
System-level logs for security monitoring
Anonymized analytics data that cannot identify you personally

This retained data is never linked back to your identity.

4. Deletion Timeline

Account deletion requests are processed immediately upon confirmation
Complete removal from our systems may take up to 7–30 days
Backup systems may retain data for a limited period before permanent deletion

5. Important Notes

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
You will lose access to all saved data, bookmarks, and reviews
If you register again in the future, you will need to create a new account
